Many of the booksellers listed here also stock menorahs, candles, oil, wicks, yarmulkas, etc. Cassettes and CD's containing Jewish religious and secular music, religious texts and commentaries are stocked by many bookshops and specialist suppliers.
The booksellers are usually open all day on weekdays, on Fridays until lunchtime, and some are open on Sunday mornings. Some are "by appointment" and you will need to arrange a mutually agreeable time.
Almost all of the booksellers stock religious and secular Jewish books, both of which are used for educational purposes. In the United Kingdom, specialised educational books are available from Lubavitch of Scotland.
